1. Damaged Items

We offer a 30-day return policy for damaged products only.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be damaged upon delivery.

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Color preference changes

  • Items used or altered

  • Digital/downloadable products (if applicable)

3. Refund Process

Once we review and approve your claim:

  • A replacement will be sent OR

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days.

4. Return Shipping

If a return is required:

  • We will provide return instructions.

  • Customers should not send items back without contacting us first.
